Latin American mobile TV viewers to reach 21.3M in 2013
Sep 29, 2008 – According to a new TVTelco Latam report, Latin America will have 21.3 million mobile digital TV handsets in use in 2013, mostly phones, but also portable MP4 players, cars and buses, and USB for notebooks.
